In my experience, I have found people do not like to talk about this alot, but finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful home buying or selling experience.

First, you want to find an agent who is ready, willing, and able to make a full-time commitment to you.  I can and will do that.

Second, you want to find an agent with the experience and knowledge needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, current market conditions, local ordinances, etc.  Having lived in the Wilmington, NC area since 1997, I have the expertise as well as the track record of success you need to assist you in buying or selling real estate.

Third, you will want to find an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch for client service.  While I know you will love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, these features will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide throughout this exciting process.
